Refund and return policy

General Conditions

At TheGoofyCozy, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered.


Return Period

Customers have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund for eligible products.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The product must be defective, damaged during shipping, or have a manufacturing defect;

  • The customer must provide clear photographs and/or video evidence showing the issue;

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery;

We reserve the right to request additional information necessary to evaluate the claim.


Review Process

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, the customer may choose one of the following remedies:

  • A full refund of the purchase price paid for the affected item; or

  • A replacement product shipped at no additional cost.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase whenever possible.


Shipping Costs

If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, TheGoofyCozy will cover any reasonable return shipping costs and the cost of sending a replacement item.

Customers should not return products without receiving prior authorization from our support team.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase;

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer;

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or unauthorized modifications;

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance that do not affect the functionality or quality of the product.


Product Information

All products sold by TheGoofyCozy are standard textile products (pajamas) and are not custom-made or personalized unless explicitly stated otherwise.


Damaged Packages

If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers are encouraged to:

  • Take photographs of the package before opening it;

  • Keep all original packaging materials;

  • Contact us as soon as possible at thegoofycozy.team@gmail.com.


Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer's country, state, province, or region.

Where local consumer protection laws provide additional rights, those rights shall prevail to the extent required by law.
